1. Returns, Consumer Rights & Refunds

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Below is our Returns Policy: You have 14 days to return unopened, unused items. Contact us at info@natbrands.co.uk to start a return. Items must be returned in original condition. Non-returnable: Opened product or used body care products, custom orders. We’ll process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if something is damaged or incorrect. We’ll sort it out quickly for you!

3. Right to Refuse or Limit Returns
We reserve the right to limit, decline, or refuse returns or refund requests from any customer at any time. This applies in instances of suspected return abuse, including but not limited to excessive or frequent returns, items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition, or evidence of false claims regarding the receipt or condition of delivered items.

4. Mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization 

All returns must be pre-approved by our team. You must initiate a return request by email prior to sending any goods back to us. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

5. Inspection and Misuse

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. If an item is returned in a condition that violates our acceptable return guidelines, or if it does not match the items originally shipped to you, we reserve the right to withhold your refund, deduct restocking fees, or return the item to you.

6. False Claims and Disputed Deliveries

Any claims regarding missing, damaged, or "not as described" items must be submitted by email with photographic evidence within 48 hours of your recorded delivery date. We reserve the right to cross-reference delivery tracking data, require official police reports for stolen items, and refuse future orders to accounts associated with fraudulent claims.
