Welcome to NatBrands! We’re a small UK-based business offering our own brands (LoofCo and Waft) of eco-friendly household and body care products.

This Legal Notice governs your use of our website and services provided through our Shopify-powered online store. Please read our Terms and Conditions before shopping with us. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

This website is operated by us,  NatBrands Ltd,  using the ecommerce platform provided by Shopify.

3. Use of the Website

By accessing this website, you agree to:

Use the site only for lawful purposes

Not misuse or interfere with the operation or security of the website

Not attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data

Provide accurate information when placing orders or creating accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is suspected.

3. Our Products

Our products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. All descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the product details displayed and offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the site. Care is taken to ensure that we display accurately the colours, appearances and finishes of products. Care is taken to ensure that products are fit for sale and their intended use. We reserve the right to update product information and to withdraw products from sale at any time.

4. Prices

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

5. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where:

Payment cannot be authorised

Products are unavailable

Fraud or misuse is suspected

Pricing or listing errors occur

Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods available via Shopify Payments. Payments are securely processed through Shopify and third-party payment providers.

6. Shipping Information

We currently ship within the UK.

 

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

Standard Delivery: £4.95 – EVRI, DPD, Royal Mail

Free UK delivery on orders over £30.00

Once dispatched, we’ll send tracking info by email.

Delivery time frames and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services & events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Consumer Rights & Refunds

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Below is our Returns Policy: You have 14 days to return unopened, unused items. Contact us at info@natbrands.co.uk to start a return. Items must be returned in original condition. Non-returnable: Opened product or used body care products, custom orders. We’ll process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if something is damaged or incorrect. We’ll sort it out quickly for you!

9. Right to Refuse or Limit Returns
We reserve the right to limit, decline, or refuse returns or refund requests from any customer at any time. This applies in instances of suspected return abuse, including but not limited to excessive or frequent returns, items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition, or evidence of false claims regarding the receipt or condition of delivered items.

10. Mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization

All returns must be pre-approved by our team. You must initiate a return request by email prior to sending any goods back to us. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

11. Inspection and Misuse

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. If an item is returned in a condition that violates our acceptable return guidelines, or if it does not match the items originally shipped to you, we reserve the right to withhold your refund, deduct restocking fees, or return the item to you.

12. False Claims and Disputed Deliveries

Any claims regarding missing, damaged, or "not as described" items must be submitted by email with photographic evidence within 48 hours of your recorded delivery date. We reserve the right to cross-reference delivery tracking data, require official police reports for stolen items, and refuse future orders to accounts associated with fraudulent claims.

13. Allergy & Product Use

Always check ingredients before use. We use essential oils and nature identical fragrance oils. Allergenic components that exist in the oils are shown on the label. Reaction is unlikely but we recommend patch testing all laundry, air freshener and soap products. Safety information is shown on pack labels if applicable. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep fragranced products out of the reach of children.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including: Logos, images, product descriptions, graphics, website design, Text and branding is owned by NatBrands Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

15. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

16. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law NatBrands Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity because of the use of or the inability to use any items that have been ordered on this website, website interruptions and technical errors outside of our control. You agree to indemnify us and our agents, directors and employees, immediately and on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of any of our terms and conditions. Nothing in this notice excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

NatBrands Ltd reserves the right to amend or change these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Should any part-term or term be found to be unenforceable then the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect as if the invalidated term was not present. Should any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions arise where it is beyond our reasonable control, we will not be responsible to you for such delay or failure.
